I am trained in a variety of massage modalities and specialize in deep tissue work.  Not only am I licensed to practice in Maine, I earned national board certification from the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.  

Prior to massage training, I worked for 20 years in the field of public health.  I bring those experiences and values - assuring high quality, comprehensive and affordable health care for all - to my massage practice.
